Robert A. Rosenfeld
Born in New York City and raised on Long Island, Robert graduated Cum Laude from Union College and achieved his JD Degree from American University in Washington DC. Since graduating, he has defended a wide array of professionals, businesses and individuals, creatively and economically achieving strong results for his clients.
Robert has been happily married for over 35 years with two adult children, one of whom is autistic. Robert is passionate about helping those less fortunate and those in need in his family and in his community.
He began college believing he was going to go on to become a dentist. Along the way, his goals turned to the law based on his unique personal and problem-solving skills. Ironically, Robert now specializes in defending dental malpractice cases. He is fortunate to have acquired a deep working knowledge of dentistry and oral & maxillofacial surgery to the strong advantage of his clients and their insurers.
Mr. Rosenfeld has also successfully represented numerous professionals before the New York State Department of Education, Office of Professional Discipline (OPD) and with regard to claims brought by insurance carriers after an audit of records was performed.
He has been a lecturer for the New York State Dental Association, Queens County Dental Society, and Dutchess County Dental Society.
In addition to his defense practice, Robert works tirelessly to help injured individuals and people with disabilities procure fair and just compensation through the legal system.
Venues served: New York City (all five boroughs,) Suffolk, Nassau, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan and Columbia Counties, as well as S.D.N.Y., E.D.N.Y., and O.P.D. (N.Y.S. Education Department).
